Using a colander, wash the shrimp. Drain. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the garlic, lime juice, honey, chile powder, red curry paste and salt. Using a fork, mix everything until well blended. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
In a wok, over medium high heat, heat oil. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring often, about 7 minutes. Add the cilantro and green onions. Enjoy!
