She has loved cooking her entire life. When she was 12, her father taught her how to make candied fruits, enjoying the process, and eating the results.
With her love for cooking and a trained eye for art, she cooks dishes that appeal to the eyes and tastebuds. She lives in Northern California where locally-sourced fruits, vegetables, seafood, chicken, beef, wine, milk, and cheese are available year-round, and she uses these local ingredients as much as possible in her dishes.
Cooking for her family and friends brings her joy. Now she wants to share her recipes and the enjoyment of the results with a broader audience.
When she is not cooking, she plays tennis, hikes in the Sonoma hills, walks on the beaches, studies the Italian language, and reads books.
